Yesterday, I had the pleasure to present to a team of managers at Napaqaro (who manages mainly the Buffalo Grill restaurants.)

The goal?
To initiate them to cognitive biases. And how these biases can tricks their decisions every day with their teams.
But also to give them pragmatic tools they can quickly set into place.

The team manager and I planned beforehand what pieces of content from my book Cerveau Menteur ! would be the most appropriate to their context.

Looking forward to meet them again in about ten days to debrief together. And to discover what they'll have identified following our session!
