Yesterday evening, I took part of the "Impactful from home" event organised by Cap Gemini Toastmasters club.
This evening aimed to help the company consultants and mananagers to be impactful, even when meeting and presenting virtualy.
The programme included: demo of online collaborative tools, sharing experiences and 'at the client' cases, and teaching of concrete techniques to have impact when working remotely.

I shared my vision, my tips, and my recommendations regarding capturing and holding attention, creating and sustaining connection with the participants, and how to realize this with the, now classic, tools Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

It was a pleasure to reconnect with my past experience as an IT consultant. And to put my expertise at the service of project managers, team managers, and scrum masters.
